Saiia Construction provides the right combination of Project Management, Manpower and Equipment Resources to Residential Developments. We work closely with the Developers and the Engineers to maximize the utilization of the available real estate. Saiia’s pipe crews are dedicated to their tasks while working in coordination with the grading crews. The Pipe Crews install storm, sanitary and domestic water piping systems. Saiia Project Management works closely with the on site Superintendent to insure that daily productions are met. The Project Manager is available at all times to meet with the Engineer and Developer to discuss the common goal of getting lots on the ground.
