The average age of our production machines is less than five years. The focus of our projects is production rather than repairs. Our maintenance plan includes: scheduled oil sampling; repair before failure; after hours preventive maintenance; yearly equipment evaluations; maintenance control software; and daily operator inspections.
The implementation and strict adherence to these principles helps us to have an almost 100% fleet availability rate. Saiia Construction, L.L.C. has the equipment resources to meet all of our clients’ needs.
